By accessing or using Venator Intelligence (“the Service”), operated by Venator Intelligence, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Venator Intelligence provides AI-powered investment research and analysis through autonomous AI agents. The Service includes access to research reports, analytical tools, and chat-based interactions with our specialized AI agents.

3. Not Financial Advice

The information provided by Venator Intelligence is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis or report.

4. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trial users are not charged until the trial period expires and a paid plan is selected.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our AI-generated content
• Use the Service for market manipulation or fraud
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, and technology underlying Venator Intelligence are owned by or licensed to Venator Intelligence, Inc. Reports generated for your account are licensed to you for your internal use, including professional and business purposes. Redistribution or resale of reports is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venator Intelligence, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
